A band of pirates

Apparently the collective noun for pirates is a band, although there are other suggestions on Allsorts such as a yarrrrd, a torrent, a treasure, plank which conjure up more romantic images…. nonetheless, it was a band of pirates that boarded the Tucker tonight to celebrate the marriage of our good Tucker friend Gerlinde and Gabi.

With their own purpose designed banner, pirate accessories for all the guests and our crew armed with cutlesses and sporting bandannas, to welcome them aboard it will be a lot of fun on board.

The tears of Ranginui fell on Papatuanuku as they set off, blessing the occasion… but the evening is clearing to ensure that they will enjoy some fun out in the Bay under the command of our oven Pirate Skipper Captain “Uncle” Steve.
