Michael Wallace Simm

Mike is a professional company director and was executive director of Fullers Bay of Islands from 1984 to 2001 and a director for the NZ Tourism Board from 1997 to 2000. He is deputy chair of the Top Energy Group, Chairman of Brightwater Engineering and chairman of several other private companies. Mike was previously a chair of Enterprise Northland, Destination Northland and is involved with a number of initiatives to targeting lifting the performance of the Northland region.

Michael Walter Daniel (Chair) Mike W Daniel B.Com.Ec was appointed to the Board in June 2009 and invited to be Chair. A former stockbroker and merchant banker he has held Directorships with the following organisations: GSB Supply Corp Ltd, Force Corporation Ltd, Northland Health Ltd, Northpower Limited, SKYCITY Leisure Limited, Elders Norstock Limited (Chairman) and Northland Port Corporation Limited (Chairman) He is presently a Director of Airwork NZ Limited and Pan Pacific Petroleum NZ Limited. He also a keen surfer and enjoys golf.
