Tattoed sailors!

It was great to welcome Melody and her friends from Shanghai on board the Tucker today. They were busy helping hoist the sails, they went out and rode on the bowsprit and there was some pretty nifty climbing up the rigging, particularly when crew member Rob worked out a cunning way to climb up with their flip-flops (Jandals) on! Yes he sellotaped them to their feet…. what a sight (talk about kiwi ingenuity!).

Then they all got the Tucker Tattoos at the end of the day, but good on Wayne for sporting his on his cheek! Way to go Wayne.

Hope you all had an awesome time, it was a pleasure to share the ship. Safe travels back to Shanghai!
