Good evening everyone! Zion woke us up this morning with his amazing singing talents inspired by Uncle Steve. The clear blue skies made our mineral spa much more enjoyable this morning and readied us for the day to begin. After chores were completed and breakfast demolished we raised the anchor and headed out from Waipiro Bay towards Parorenui Bay. It was here that the boys (Sandy, Kane, Zion and Johnny) braved the cool water and went for a dive to gather some kina. Unfortunately the fishing here wasn’t too great so we decided to head around the corner to Putokota Bay.
Here we had a scrumptious pizza lunch which Marino and Jennifer helped prepare then headed onto land for a beach clean-up. Our trainees came back having found 7 pegs (from previous Tucker trips) and a bag load of rubbish. It was now time to challenge the rope swing and see who could do the biggest bombs into the water. We are uncertain of a clear Victor but we all had fun watching some epic fails. We are now safely anchored in Paroa Bay for the night looking forward to a pork roast dinner.
