YTH 2204 – Rua Ra

Kia Ora whanau.

Day 2 done and dusted. Was a stunner of a morning for a dip. This mornings antics included a practice abandon ship and a basic sail commands lesson. We then weighed anchor, set sails and headed to the other side, Rangihoua bay. We had a delightful sail across, the team is picking it up well. Afternoon activities included a history walk up around Marsden cross, a spot of fishing, painting and knots. A busy day all in all, but there is a lovely energy onboard, feels like whanau already.

Until tomorrow,

Ma te wa.
