YTH2415 – Rā Tuatoru – Day 3

Day three happy to be, out here swimming and sailing on the sea! 7am we’re ready to go, we jump in the water that feels much like snow. Feeling refreshed with smiles to be seen, into our chores, scrubbing the deck till it’s clean. Eggs, toast and mac’n’cheese, we eat our fill preparing to head out into the breeze.

”Raise the main! Hoist the fore! Get your bodies up off the floor.” Time to sail, sail away, to explore new places around the Bay. The beautiful sail brought smiles without fail, bonding as a team as the ship heeled over towards it’s rail.

a hearty warm meal and it was time to go to land, Army Bay, Moturua, we splashed out onto the sand. We went for a walk, and a fascinating tidal talk.

Fresh caught calamari’s just been cooked, the smell in here has got me hooked. All rhymes must end and it’s time for this one, a delicious chicken dinner, some team time, and the day will be done. Anchored in Army Bay, it’s been a stellar day, checking out for now, the Tuckers on its way.
