We are pleased to share with you our 2022 Annual Report.
In this report we share our reflections on a unique period of time for our organisation. The year was marked with major engineering work on our ship, COVID19 and changes in key personnel. As well as the financial results and outcomes for our young people, we showcase our focus on education and employment.
Amidst all these changes we remain energised, positive and excited about the future. The year provided reflections that only crystallised our purpose. The unusual environment affirmed that the goodwill to support our kaupapa is immeasurable, and as whānau we feel privileged to do this special work on The Good Ship. The future looks bright as we move into the future with new people, a refreshed vessel and a solid strategy to enhance the lives of all those her sail on her.
