We woke to another stunner. The usual swim, clean and breaky routine and then we hooked into the day. We cruised to a secret spot to go through the Taniwha cave. We all linked hands and Abbey lead us through the dark and the crashing waves; it was an adventure!!
We had a quick swim and headed back to the ship for another scrumptious lunch. The team were keen to go sailing so we set the main, the fore, the squares and the headsails and headed out to sea. The Trainees ran the show and showed off their new found sailing skills. Captain Wayne ran a steering failure drill and the team nailed it.
We pulled into our favourite spot at Roberton Island and launched Lil Tuc. Ethan and Ellamae took a cruise coming mighty close to our bow sprit and Tai absolutely aced many and tacks and jibes. Ryder, Theo and Lincoln hung close as safety patrol in the tender.
Abbey cooked up a roast pork for our dinner and we settle in for our last night chats. This has been a blast and we are all looking forward to our last day together.
