YTH-2302 Rā Tuarua- Day Two

Kia ora whanau,

This morning we were boarded by a wonderful bunch of marine biologists from TriOceans, who taught us heaps about different sea life from planktons to whales. They showed us all the technology they use for their research and let us all have a go! Soon after fuelling ourselves with morning tea we got in the water with our snorkel gear and had a look around and saw many fascinating critters. Soon after we set sail and cruised towards Waiwhapuku Bay on Moturua Island where we are anchored for the night. We spent some time exploring the ruins in the bay and are now settling in for the evening with full bellies and fuller minds
