YTH-2404 Ra Tuarua – Day 2

What a breezy day! We woke up safe and sound at our anchorage in Awaaworoa Bay getting going with our first morning swim. After cleaning the ship and some breakfast cooked by captain we set sail taking advantage of the lighter winds in the morning. We anchored up for lunch at Waiwhapuku Bay (Army bay) at Moturua island where we went to shore and hiked the island loop track during which we enjoyed some amazing views of the island and bay.

Now we are tucked in at our anchorage for the night in the protected Paroa Bay. Where we are having our first goes at the Tucker challenge eagerly awaiting our chicken curry dinner with brownie for dessert!
