YTH2306 – Rā Tuawha – Day 4

Kia Ora Whanau!

We’ve decided that Whangaroa is just too stunning to leave just yet! Yesterday we sailed into Whangaroa Harbour, excited to reach flat calm waters. We learnt some stuff from the crew while it rained, and then went on a walk to a very inflated swimming hole.

This morning we woke up at 0530 to climb up the Dukes Nose to watch a rather cloudy sun rise! We’ll be out of reception again all day today! You’ll hear from us next on Monday evening.
