Kia Ora Whanau,
Special welcome to the whanau of our rangatahi onboard who are tuning in for our updates this week. We have settled in well to shiplife, getting straight into it setting out sails and getting a good lean on as we came around Tapeka Point. Anchored at Pareanui we spent the afternoon getting to know the ship, all about climbing the rigging, and started learning about leadership skills and all that’s involved with working in a team. Who would’ve thought it was the first day, we are laughing and chatting like we’ve known each other for days.
