It was a beautiful start today in the Tutukaka harbour.
With the trainees in the tide, then all showered up, morning duties done and breakfast devoured, it was time to stretch the legs and go for a walk.
On the beach more challenges were completed with Pompallier winning the wheelbarrow race, Taipa came a close second and Kura in 3rd place.
Up next was the three legged race. Kura took the lead on this one, Pompallier coming 2nd and Taipa in 3rd place.
The trainees all enjoyed Tutukaka’s beautiful walk with most choosing to run it.
Back on the ship we enjoyed a delicious soup for lunch, Joshua also completed his Tucker challenge before hoisting anchor and setting a new course for Urquharts Bay. We arrived at 1800 and on arrival, had a scrumptious Lasagna for dinner.
Dargaville got into the kitchen once the dishes were done and began their baking challenge with a self-saucing chocolate pudding. Unfortunately, it was too late by the time it was completed so we decided we would have it for morning tea tomorrow.
Hope you all had a great beautiful day
Goodnight!
