Kia ora  friends and family of the tucker

Sunshine sunshine sunshine. What a treat to have it above us all day long. The day has started with the classic morning swim at about 7 am and has been followed by the cleaning chores. Everyone has been split onto groups that rotate through the week for the cleaning roster.

After breakfast, one group with has been climbing up the mast and completed the tucker challenge while the other group learned line handling and how to hoist/strike the sails with our Frenchman.

We lifted our anchor today at about 10.30 am to head towards our lunch anchoring spot by Urupukapuka Island. We all eventually ended up having and explore walk around it.

After our lovely soup brewed by Abbey,  we all felt that sea breeze started building up, so we pulled our anchor and sailed toward Oke bay around Rawhiti. Perfect practice after the morning theory indeed. Caleb and Theo are our helmsman and Tamara is our watch leader on the square top sail.

Brilliant team work, Joy and happiness are remaining!

Happydayz!

Bonne soiree,
Ness
